Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery depending on the product category.

  • Furniture Products
  • Home & Lifestyle Products
  • Selected Smart Products

The product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used products
  • Damaged products caused by misuse
  • Certain invention-based or electronic products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD order refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Product

Return Shipping

Our courier partner will arrange pickup for approved returns. In some cases, return shipping charges may apply.
